It's actually very easy to do. Click on the Character's Name to go to their User Profile. If you have the permissions to edit money, you should see a little pencil icon next to their current Bank Balance. Click on the pencil. On the second line, you'll see the options to Add or Remove Money. Enter the amount to be added or moved, and then click add or remove! Done!
WHEN DO WE ADD OR MOVE MONEY?
★ Editing Banks/Moving Money

WHEN DO WE ADD OR MOVE MONEY?
- TRAINER BATTLES - In Trainer Battles, the character will earn ¥50 per every battle post (this does not include switches and only includes actual battle posts, not any posts leading up to or following a battle). And of course, this money is only awarded IF THEY WIN the battle. You won't take away money if they lose, but they do only get a reward if they win. After the battle is complete, just count up the money and include that they've won and received ¥### for winning! If you have the powers to edit bank, you can add the money yourself and let the member know they've done so. If you don't have the powers, just remind the member to post in the Transaction thread to receive the winnings.
- GYM BATTLES - In Gym battles, the character will earn ¥100 per every battle post (this does not include switches and only includes actual battle posts, not any posts leading up to or following the battle). And of course, this money is only awarded IF THEY WIN the Gym battle. Gym battles should be done by the Gym leaders, but in some cases they will be modded. If you're the mod, and you have the powers to edit banks, you can count up the money and add it to the bank yourself and let the member know they've done so. If you don't have the powers, just remind the member to post in the Transaction thread to receive the winnings.
- SHOPS - You will take money before completing transactions in the Item Shop, Egg Shop, or Breeding Center. Once you've added the Item to the character's inventory, just post in the Item shop letting them know it's been done and the money's been taken. When you post the character's resulting egg(s) in the Egg Shop or Breeding Center, just let them know the money's been taken.
- MEMBER TRANSACTIONS - Members will post in the Transaction thread when they've bought eggs from ranches and whatnot. You'll need to add/move money according to their posts. Just make sure all involved members in the posts have 'liked' the post before doing so. And post in the Transaction thread letting all involved know the money has been added/taken.
