There is a move tutor in every city that will teach your Pokemon whatever move they need in order to thrive. Egg moves, Move Tutor moves, TMs, even moves that can only be learned in past generations or events. The only moves you can not buy here are moves that can only be learned by Leveling up. When you buy a move, you are buying that one move for one Pokemon. If you want to teach three Pokemon Yawn, you would have to buy Yawn for each of them. Or you could always buy a TM in the shop if you want to teach one move to multiple Pokemon.
When buying a move, include what Pokemon you are buying the move(s) for and include the total cost in your post. Unless you state that another account of yours is paying the fee, then all the money will be taken from the account you posted with. Once a staff member has responded and the money has been taken, you are free to use that move.
